The suspenseful thriller movie HIT: The Second Case starred actor Adivi Sesh, who received praise from critics for his outstanding performance in the multilingual biographical drama film Major. The film was based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.
Following the success of Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma’s blockbuster 2020 film HIT: The First Case, this is the second entry in the HIT film series.
Sailesh Kolanu wrote the scripts and directed both of the movies. There are rumors that themakers of the movie series intend to expand it into a seven-part franchise. Concurrently, the third installment—likely called HIT 3 or HIT: The Third Case—was revealed at the HIT: The Second Case trailer unveiling.

On November 23, 2022, at the film’s premiere, the Adivi Sesh starrer HIT 2’s creators unveiled the teaser. Adivi Sesh also confirmed that he would be appearing in HIT 3.
The actor stated that HIT 2 will be larger than HIT 1 and HIT 3 would be larger than HIT 2 in response to questions on the rumors of an HIT 2 sequel. He added that he was unable to provide much details regarding the movie.
The backdrop of HIT 3 will be the United States, which is first glimpsed at the conclusion of HIT 2. In contrast to the previous two volumes, instances pertaining to global conspiracies will be featured in HIT 3.
